Dear Judy,

On behalf of the entire Humber River Regional Hospital team: staff and physicians, I want to thank you for your remarks today in the House of Commons. Your acknowledgement of our hospital’s efforts "to protect my community" was a tremendous boost to the morale of a very tired group of individuals.

I understand better than most the demands on political leaders time and energy, and that you would take the effort to acknowledge our hospital and its success during the SARS emergency was very well received and very much appreciated by everyone at Humber River.

I look forward to expressing my thanks in person tomorrow evening.
